Connect Gummble MCP to Replit Agent
Add Gummble as a custom MCP server in Replit Agent for source-linked UI research.
Connect Gummble to Replit Agent to research shipped screens, browsable flow sequences, UI patterns, and product microcopy before Agent generates an interface.
This guide uses Replit's documented custom-server route. It does not imply a curated Replit listing, preset, partnership, or endorsement.
1. Open Replit integrations
Open Replit Integrations, scroll to MCP Servers for Replit Agent, and click + Add MCP server.
2. Add Gummble
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Display name | Gummble |
| MCP Server URL | https://mcp.gummble.com/mcp |
| Advanced headers | Leave empty |
Click Test & save. Replit attempts the connection and should guide you through Gummble's browser OAuth flow. Do not paste an API key or bearer token into Advanced settings.
3. Authorize and verify
Sign in to Gummble, approve access, and return to Replit. The connection appears under MCP Servers with its status, and Agent fetches the available tool list.
Mention Gummble explicitly in Agent chat:
Use Gummble to find three real mobile onboarding flows for an AI
productivity app. Compare the first-value moment, permission timing, and
source links before proposing the interface. For a checkout task:
Use Gummble to research checkout screens with express payment and trust
signals. Return three relevant source links and a concise hierarchy brief,
then build the checkout.Review Gummble's read-only MCP tools, then start with one bounded search so it is clear which evidence Agent used.
Install-link status
Replit supports shareable MCP install links. Gummble currently documents the manual custom-server route above so users can inspect the endpoint and OAuth flow before connecting. Do not describe Gummble as pre-listed in Replit unless it appears in Replit's live MCP catalog.
Troubleshooting
- If Test & save asks for a static secret, remove custom headers and retry the OAuth connection.
- If a workspace policy blocks custom servers, ask a Replit workspace admin to review the connection.
- For OAuth, plan, scope, or empty-tool failures, see MCP troubleshooting.
Review Gummble MCP access and connect your account.
